When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We strive to get your order out the door as swiftly as possible. Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Contiguous U.S.: 4–8 business days
• Non-Contiguous U.S. (AK, HI, PR): 7–12 business days
*We do not yet ship internationally via eCommerce… feel free to contact us with Wholesale or other special requests.

Tracking Availability

Tracking is available for shipments to the U.S., Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Russia, United Arab Emirates, and the U.K. For destinations outside this list, tracking may not be available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and the total weight of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $75. This offer does not extend to international orders.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected at the time of delivery. For more information, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
