When will my order ship?    

Every order is carefully packed by hand in our California studio. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on it's way. Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location.

Why isn't my order shipping the same day?

Labyrinth & Co. is an independent fragrance house, not a mass-production warehouse. Every fragrance is hand-filled, inspected, and packed to order in our California studio. While this means our processing time is slightly longer that large commercial retailers, it allows us to maintain the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines our brand. 

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Contiguous U.S.: 4–8 business days
• Non-Contiguous U.S. (AK, HI, PR): 7–12 business days

Tracking Availability

Tracking is available for shipments to the U.S., Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Russia, United Arab Emirates, and the U.K. For destinations outside this list, tracking may not be available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and the total weight of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $90. This offer does not extend to international orders.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected at the time of delivery. For more information, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
